Pay Range: Compensation for this position is between $19.22/hr - $22.25/hr plus an additional production bonus, paid weekly.

Basic Job Functions:
A Mechanical Maintenance Technician will have a working knowledge of basic mechanical principles and possess practical experience as it relates to the mechanical maintenance function. Basic functions will include, but are not be limited to, (1) PM tasks such as lubricating, (2) inspection and monitor machinery , (3) trouble shoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, (4) trouble shoot and repair power transfer mechanism such as coupling, gear boxes, belts and sheaves, and (5) basic metal fabrication including cutting, grinding, and welding. This includes a flexible schedule, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, and weekends. Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 year Mechanical Degree or 3 year experience mechanical technician in industrial/manufacturing setting.

· Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
· Problem Solving - Identifying problems and analyzing or reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

· Spatial Understanding - Ability to read prints and apply information to end use. Awareness of physical surroundings and understanding objects in 3-D space.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with industrial hydraulic systems
· Experience with power transmission and machine assembly
· Experience with lubrication and bearing applications
· Leadership or Supervisory Experience
