Receiver

Basic Job Functions:

This position includes, but is not limited to:

· Accurately enter and maintain information in company computer database

· Establish relationships with internal customers to support inventory management

· Loading and unloading trucks with power equipment

· Participating in cycle count process and evaluations

· Investigate and resolve inventory and invoice discrepancies

· Work with the team to strive for continuous improvement in receiving processes

This greenfield project is a new state-of-the-art sheet steel mill that will produce up to 3 million tons per year once fully operational. This advanced manufacturing facility is to be located in Mason County, along the Ohio River in close proximity to both Huntington and Charleston, WV.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Experience in receiving and/or tracking materials in company database

· Proficient in Computer skills including Email, Excel, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous industrial warehouse experience

· Experience in software such as Oracle or SAP

· Prior forklift and/or overhead crane experience
