Basic Job Functions:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for continuous development and growth of Sales operations in the designated regions. Staff, train, develop, coach, and lead the Sales Team. Lead Builder recruiting/retention strategies and overall sales growth and market penetration goals. Contribute as a member of the leadership team to continually improve operating results, market competitiveness and customer preference.


Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma
  2. 4 years in a Sales, Customer Relations or Customer Service role

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Business, Construction or Engineering
  2. Leadership Experience
  3. Metal Building Experience
