  15. Negotiate the sale of Harris Rebar products with those customer accounts that secure new construction contracts.
  16. Tailor the product's benefits to our customers situation, pain points, and opportunities.
  17. Adapt our sales strategy to the customers’ buying process.
  18. Qualify new customers and new opportunities for our business properly.
  19. Establish urgency, for both inside and outside customers.
  20. Able to collaborate with teammates to ensure estimates and bids are provided to customers in a timely manner.
  21. Comfortable overseeing the customer experience from start to finish to ensure effective, expedient, and accurate service.
• You’re able to regularly communicate with your Branch Manager to advise of market trends, competitor pricing, etc.
• Attend construction industry related functions in the sales territory to maintain industry knowledge and build relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• To be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid Driver’s License Required 
• To be able to travel occasionally

• You’re a professional, hard-working individual looking to build a long-term career.
• You have a bachelor’s degree.
• You can estimate work.
• You have 1-2 years previous construction industry or sales experience.
