Basic Job Functions:

Skyline Steel, LLC is seeking a talented Business Analyst – Salesforce to join our team. This position will be located in Rock Hill, SC.
 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


•    Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com implementation, related integrations, and installed AppExchange applications
•    Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
•    Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, process builder and flow
•    Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
•    Create and maintain systems documentation, artifacts relating best practices and systems configuration, and user support materials
•    Stay informed of industry trends, latest practices, and emerging technologies
•    Gather and document business users’ requirements
•    Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team to define project roadmaps
•    Manage Salesforce projects
•    Understand current business processes and document processes in development


The Business Analyst - Salesforce will be an integral member of the Skyline team that plans and oversees Salesforce projects. They apply their knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide the business to the best solutions. They act as interpreters between IT and business stakeholders. 

 


Up to 25 % travel required for this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

•    3+ years’ experience in a CRM Administrator role
•    4+ years’ experience working with a CRM
•    Any CRM Administrator Certifications

 

Preferred Qualifications:

   

•    Knowledge of integration with ERP systems
•    Prior work in a manufacturing environment
•    General understanding of project management principles
