Estimating Coordinator

Basic Job Functions:

The Estimating Coordinator works cooperatively and collaboratively with the external sales team, customers, and other NIPG teammates to support the sales process as the primary contact for scheduling quote requests, developing quotations, completing quote revisions, and initiating product deviation requests for pre-sale. The Estimating Coordinator fosters and builds strong relationships throughout the organization and with customers through strong communication proficiency and expert product knowledge while consistently delivering projects promptly, complete, and error free. The Estimating Coordinator will use multiple pricing tools and systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM, and the NIPG proprietary quote tools.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in generating quotes/pricing.
• Prior experience with building products.
• Bachelor or Associates in Business or related field.
