About the job

C.H.I. Overhead Doors is seeking a Digital Lead Specialist. This role serves as a bridge between sales and marketing teams, identifying and delivering the most qualified leads for sales interactions. Additionally, this role will support the Manager, Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition.

Essential Functions

•   Manage the end-to-end lead follow-up process by collecting leads generated from various sources (online, trade shows, campaigns, etc.), qualifying them through digital means and delivering the highest quality leads to the sales team and dealer partners.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), cultivating the lead flow process and digital marketing campaigns.

•  Assist with customer service-related questions submitted via webforms
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and sales goals

Competencies

• Strong digital lead marketing skills
• 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing
•  Passion for serving customers both internally (sales) and externally
•  Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to travel periodically, 5-15% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in a digital marketing role
