Basic Job Functions:

•    Establish strong, lasting relationships with our customers
•    Executing and selling the Vulcraft Colorado district commercial strategy
•    Negotiate and offer solutions to our customers
•    Understand our customer’s business strategies and work together with them on key projects. 
•    Collect timely market pricing and schedule feedback from customers 
•    Ability to work together with District sales manager and Regional sales manager on current pricing and division strategy and deliver that message to our customers.
•    Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers.
•    Be willing and able to work more than 40 hours per week
•    Be willing to and have the means to travel

Minimum Qualifications:

•    1 year of experience in the joist and deck and/or steel construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, applied science or related field
•    Experience in customer service and sales related roles
•    Experience in reading architectural and structural drawings, project specifications, along with a general understanding of the bidding and construction process
