Basic Job Functions:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for continuous development and growth of the Vulcraft/Verco customer base in the Dallas region. This includes developing an effective territory strategy for your customer base, consultative selling, proactive communication and building deep relationships with both key customers and teammates. This role calls for a high level of collaboration with sales and non-sales teammates within the entire Vulcraft/Verco group in order to drive enterprise-wide results.  Must be willing to travel extensively. 

 

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of commercial/service related experience in the Steel or Construction industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Mgt., or related field
