NSAR Melt Shop Supervisor

Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Steel – Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Production Supervisor for our Melt Shop. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production team while establishing a culture of safety awareness, team development, quality production, and continuous improvement.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.   High School Diploma or equivalent
2.   5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
3.   5 years of steelmaking manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Melt Shop LMF Production Experience
